Select your desktop PC or components and receive an instant estimate. Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days, and pricing is locked once you ship within that window.

Ship or drop off

Ship your items Canada-wide or drop them off in person during business hours. You can use your own shipping or request a discounted GamerTech label, which will be deducted from your final payout.

Inspection & payout

We inspect and test your items within 2–3 business days. Once approved, we issue same-day payout via e-Transfer or provide store credit as a discount code for new purchases.

Shipping & logistics
  • Trade-ins are currently available Canada-wide only.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping items to GamerTech.
  • We offer discounted shipping labels upon request (deducted from payout).
  • Original packaging is not required but strongly recommended.
  • Items must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
Inspection & condition review
  • We verify functionality, condition, and stability of all items.
  • This includes boot testing, drive health checks, thermals, and artifacting.
  • If there is a mismatch in specs or condition, we will contact you with a revised offer.
  • If a revised offer is declined, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Payout options
  • Payouts are issued via e-Transfer only.
  • Approved payouts are sent the same day inspection is completed.
  • Store credit is provided as a discount code and typically offers higher value.
  • Store credit is valid for new purchases only (PCs, upgrades, services, or parts).

  • Desktop PCs and desktop components only.
  • No laptops, tablets, or non-desktop electronics.

  • B2C, B2B, and bulk submissions are welcome.

Is my quote guaranteed?
Quotes are subject to final approval after inspection. We reserve the right to decline any trade-in if it does not meet our criteria.
What happens if the market price changes?
If you ship within the 7-day quote window, we honor your quoted price even if the market shifts.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If damage is due to poor packaging, the offer may be reduced. If you decline the revised offer, return shipping would be your responsibility.
